Dear Valued Member

Pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Financial Services Commission’s AML/CFT guidelines, the City of Bridgetown Co-operative Credit Union Limited is required to keep such records in relation to the prevention of money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism and its written laws.

As such, we are conducting a Retrospective Due Diligence Exercise for the purpose of updating member information.

This requires that you provide specific information in keeping with the ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) guidelines and requirements.

Personal Information Update forms may be obtained from any one of our branches or DOWNLOAD HERE.

Failure to produce the requested information and documents to the Credit Union within thirty (30) days of receiving notice, may result in a suspension of services and/or termination of our existing relationship.

Thank you for your co-operation in this very important exercise, as we seek to remain compliant with the Laws of Barbados.
