AGM: Nominations Process

Members of the City of Bridgetown Co-operative Credit Union Ltd are reminded that the process for selection to the three (3) committees has changed to a Nominations Process.

Members are now required to obtain a Proposer and a Seconder prior to the Annual General Meeting and to follow the process outlined in the Nominations Process.

Nominations are open for the vacant positions on the Board of Directors, Credit Committee and Supervisory Committee at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the City of Bridgetown Co-operative Credit Union Limited to be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017.

Persons wishing to offer themselves for positions on the Board of Directors, Credit Committee or the Supervisory Committee should obtain the Nomination Form from any branch of the credit union or on the company’s website at http://www.cobcreditunion.com/content/downloads and follow the steps outlined therein.

Forms must be completed and returned to the Credit Union no later than August 11, 2017.
